Avi Fischer was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in February 2009. Mr. Fischer is a substantial shareholder and co-founder of the Ganden Group, a leading holding concern with controlling interest in the IDB Group, as well as interests in other fields, such as tourism and aviation. Mr. Fischer serves as Deputy Chairman of the IDB Group and Co-CEO of Clal Industries and Investments Ltd (CII). He also serves as the Chairman of Clal Biotechnology Industries Ltd, the Bio-Tech arm of the group, and as Co-Chairman of the Infinity I-China fund, an Israeli-Chinese private equity fund which is led by CII. Mr. Fischer serves on the boards of many public and private companies and as the Co-Chairman of "Matan – Your Way to Give", Israel's largest philanthropist organization.

Gideon Argov has served as Vice Chairman of the Board since February 2009 and Chairman of the Board since July 2003. Mr. Argov is currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Entegris, Inc., a materials integrity management leader in high technology. He also serves on the boards of Entegris, Inc., Interline Brands, Inc. and X-Rite Inc.

Reuven Ben Menachem, a co-founder of Fundtech, has served as the Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company since its inception in April 1993.
Robert Cobuzzi
Director
Robert Cobuzzi was elected to serve as a director of Fundtech on December 20, 2007. Since 2006, Mr. Cobuzzi has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Economic Development Industrial Corporation. Mr. Cobuzzi formerly served as the Chief Financial Officer of Akamai Technologies Inc.

Gerald Dogon was elected to serve as a director of Fundtech as of December 20, 2007. He currently is a member of the Boards of Directors of Passave Inc. and Rosetta Genomics Ltd. and serves as the Chairman of the Audit committee and a member of the Compensation and Nomination Committees of Rosetta Genomics Ltd.
Yaffa Krindel

Yaffa Krindel has served as a director since February 2004. She is currently serving as a General Partner of Tamarix Ventures, a new Cleantech venture capital fund located in Herzliya, Israel. Ms. Krindel currently serves on the boards of Syneron Medical (ELOS) and Voltaire (VOLT), publicly traded companies and on the boards of the following private companies: Siano Mobile Silicon Inc., and OrSense Ltd.
Peter Radcliffe

Peter is currently Chairman of Accountis, the Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment company, acquired by Fundtech in February 2008. His career is retail banking, payments and IT and he now serves on the boards of several companies, Monitise, the provider of mobile banking on cell phones and Finance Wales the main Venture Capital provider of Wales. He is actively involved with the London Business School, Centre for Entrepreneurship where he was President of Enterprise 100 [the business angeling arm] 2004 to 2007. Executive positions include the Global Head of ATM Channel Management, NCR, 1999 to 2004. From 1993 to 1997 he was with First Data Corporation, initially Director of Operations and Business Development, Europe, before promotion to MD Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong. Between 1990 and 1993 Peter was Director of Banking and Money Transmission at the just demutualised bank Abbey National [now part of Santander]. His early years were with Lloyds Bank, where '87 to '90 he headed Commercial Operations and Strategy, Card Services/Retail Banking. He has served on the boards of most of the Payment companies worldwide and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Stanley Stern has served as a director of Fundtech since July 2003. Since 2004, Mr. Stern has served as Head of Investment Banking of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in New York, New York. He serves as Chairman of the board of Tucows, Inc.
Gil Weiser

Gil Weiser has served as a director of Fundtech since July 2000. Mr. Weiser presently serves as the CEO of Orsus solution since August 2006. He serves as director of various boards and has other affiliations with a number of other Israeli high-tech companies.
