Reuven Ben Menachem, chief executive officer and co-founder, has extensive experience in the design and implementation of payment systems. Prior to founding the company, he was employed at Logica Data Architects, a funds transfer software provider, as technical director and product manager. Previous positions include director of banking systems at Manof Communications Systems, a middleware software provider, and senior programmer/analyst in the Israeli Air Force.

Mike Sgroe, president and chief operating officer, joined Fundtech in 2000. Before joining Fundtech, Mr. Sgroe spent 16 years at Chase Manhattan and Chemical Bank, and was responsible for developing and deploying high-performance solutions for the funds transfer and cash management businesses of the bank. Mr. Sgroe also served as CIO and vice president of technology and operations for the e-procurement solutions provider Intelisys, an e-commerce startup with 50% ownership by Chase Manhattan Bank. He began his career in 1979 at Morgan Guaranty Trust, where he held technology assignments both in New York and in London.

Yoram Bibring, chief financial officer joined Fundtech in 2001. Prior to his current position, Mr. Bibring was chief financial officer of ViryaNet, a provider of software solutions to the workforce management market. Prior to joining ViryaNet in April 1999, Mr. Bibring served as chief financial officer of Americash, Inc., a leading operator of e-cash platforms, which was sold to American Express, and prior to that he was at Geotek Communications, a wireless communications service provider where he served initially as chief financial officer and then as the president of it's International Division. Mr. Bibring has more than 11 years of experience as a high ranking executive of several technology companies.

Joseph P. Mazzetti is executive vice president of corporate development. He joined Fundtech in 1994 and has been actively involved in business development of the company's payments and Continuous Linked Settlement (CLS) offerings. Prior to joining Fundtech, Mr. Mazzetti was executive vice president at PRT Corporation and executive vice president of the Financial Products Group at Logica Data Architects. He has more than 30 years of experience in payment systems technology for banking institutions and public sector financial agencies. Mr. Mazzetti has participated in numerous financial industry conferences and research projects.

Gil Gadot, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, has been with Fundtech since 1993. Previous positions held at Fundtech include Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology, and Vice President of Research and Development. Before joining Fundtech, Mr. Gadot was a senior project manager for DSSI, a leading systems and software supplier with operations in Israel and the United States. He has more than 15 years of software development experience, particularly in advanced graphical user interface, operating and real-time systems. Mr. Gadot served in the Israeli Army computer center in several software development positions and holds the rank of Captain. Mr. Gadot holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.

Brian Jou, Executive Vice President of North American Product Management, joined Fundtech in 2000. He applies his twenty years of managerial experience to overseeing the pricing, placement, and sustained success of the Fundtech products in the market. Prior to his current position, Mr. Jou held a senior management position in the Electronic Commerce Team for Chase Manhattan Bank. At Chase, Mr. Jou managed the product development of electronic banking access products for Chase Treasury Solutions. He has extensive experience developing client-server and browser-based products that facilitate transactions and analysis. These products have won awards from the Windows World Open development competition and Society for Technical Communication.

Moti Porath, Executive Vice President, has over 18 years of Software Development, Project Management and Product Management experience. Including over 10 years developing high speed, secure transaction systems for the financial Services Industry. Prior to joining Fundtech, he was a Consulting Manager for Gemini Consulting, focusing on financial institution operating efficiency. Moti was a Senior Systems Architect and Product Manager of Logica Transaction Director, a high speed, fault tolerant message switch. Included among his clients are: Citibank, Chemical Bank, Merrill Lynch, Lloyds Bank (UK), and Midland Bank (UK). He holds a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel-Aviv University and a M.S. in Operations Research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Leslie Bertha, Executive Vice President, Fundtech North America, joined Fundtech in 2000. Ms. Bertha manages Fundtech's North American business including sales, relationship management, client services, professional and managed services and operations. Ms. Bertha has over twenty eight years of experience in banking and treasury management, working with and servicing Financial Institutions. Ms. Bertha has held senior management positions at Standard and Poor's, Knight-Ridder Financial and JPMorganChase. She is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and holds a MS Degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Mark Wilson, Managing Director of Fundtech's London operation and Senior Vice President responsible for sales and business development for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), joined Fundtech in January 1999 to establish Fundtech's International operations in London, and has helped Fundtech become a leading payments software and services provider across the EMEA region. For 15 years prior to Fundtech he held a number of sales management and sales roles for Tandem/Compaq, International Computers Limited, and Goal Systems, providing complex IT solutions to the International Banking and Financial Services Industries. Prior to his sales career Mark spent 10 years as a marine engineer in the British Royal Navy.

Isaac Yaniv, Executive Vice President and Chief Architect Officer, joined Fundtech in 1994. Isaac has over 20 years design and development experience in technical and management positions in the financial industry. He previously held positions as CEO of 2001 Systems and Services Ltd., a software development and systems integration firm; Development Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation for the financial institution division, and Project Manager in funds transfer systems for Bankers Trust. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science, Economics and Criminology from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
